Convener of IIT Guwahati's annual cultural festival Alcheringa 2022, which is the biggest college organised cultural festival in the entire North East India. Leading and managing a team of 250+ people to plan, organize & execute the 26th edition of the festival.

Alcheringa, popularly known as "Alcher", is the annual cultural festival of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati. It was started in 1996 by a group of students of IIT Guwahati. Since its inception, Alcher has served as a pioneer of art & culture for the youth. In a short span of 24 years, it has grown exponentially and is now one of the biggest college level socio-cultural fest in India.
Alcheringa is conducted towards the end of January every year. Spread over 3 days and 4 nights, it attracts people from all over the world with its spectacular events and competitions. The 2018 edition, held from 1st-4th February, witnessed more than 80 events. Students from about 450 colleges from all over the country participated and an attendance of more than 100,000 people was estimated.

Techniche is one of India's Largest Techno-Management Festivals & a Non-Profit Organization. Entirely managed by students of IIT Guwahati, it has a three-tier team structure. The oragizing team consists of 220 determined members, the core team consists of nearly 80 members and 11 Heads under the guidance of Technical Board, IIT Guwahati.
Techniche's mission is to promote the development and honing of scientific and entrepreneurial skills in the academia, being socially responsible at the same time.

The most elegant modules of Techniche include :

Technothlon - the international school championship with the participation of over 2.5 lakh students of class 9-12th.
Lecture Series - keynote lectures from leading visionaries across the globe like Nobel Laureates, eminent scientists and business tycoons

Techniche is the annual techno-management festival of IIT Guwahati, the largest fest of its kind in the North-East. The event, conducted solely by the student fraternity of IIT Guwahati, holds the accolade of being India's first Techno-Management Festival to be held in a Virtual Mode, in 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, followed by another successful virtual edition in 2021.

The fest is all set to commence its next edition on 1st September 2022, after the successful execution of the Guwahati Half Marathon 2022 in late April this year. The team is also responsible for the conduction of Technothlon, India's largest student fraternity, organized logic-based examination for school students.

UDGAM is the flagship event of the Entrepreneurial Development Cell, IIT Guwahati. It was conceptualised to develop and spread the spirit of entrepreneurship among the youth of the North-East, and India in general thus earning itself the reputation of being the largest E-Summit in the north-east.E-Cell, IIT Guwahati, is a special interest group under Technical Board of the Students Gymkhana Council, IIT Guwahati and is responsible for activities and initiatives which would instil and promote the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst the student community.To foster an environment which is conducive to entrepreneurship, we at Udgam organize lectures, events and workshops to create a platform for them to realize their potential and showcase their bright ideas in front of public and industry.
